Reading of Delgadina, a new musical

FreeDELGADINA is a new musical for all ages inspired by a Chilean folktale, with book and lyrics by Max Wojtanowicz and music by Michael Gruber. When a young woman befriends a little red snake, she is given a magical gift that transforms her community and catches the attention of the young ruler of the kingdom and his wicked advisor. There’s adventure, there’s sorcery, there’s redemption and dancing and chicken wings!
Nikki Swoboda Theisen and Adrian Lopez-Balbontin will direct the very first public reading of this work-in-progress, with Jill Dawe leading a three-piece ensemble of musicians including Geoff LeCrone on guitar and Paul Hill on drums. The cast includes:
